We want you to love your Ellevaux order. If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns:

30-Day Returns Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked, as long as items are unworn and in original condition.

How It Works Email support@ellevaux.com with your order number. We'll guide you through the process and process your refund within 5–7 business days once we receive the item.

Exceptions Opened skincare products and final sale items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Wrong or Damaged Item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately — free replacement or full refund.
